4. The onyx – the onyx is my personal favorite condo. It includes a stylish design and contemporary look like no other condo in downtown Mississauga. The onyx also has 2 story loft condo units which are often attractive to young people. This building was built in 2010 and still looks very new. It has a unique open concept garage and a roof top patio which many people find attractive. The Onyx condo also offers some of the best views found anywhere in the city of Mississauga and Square One area.

3. Limelight – Limelight is a new condo concept which is focused on green energy and creating a healthy environment. With its award winning design many pro-green people find this condo attractive. It is also the only building of its kind in Mississauga to offer a full size basketball court. Limelight condos are expected to be completed by the end of 2012.

2. Pinnacle uptown – This project at Hurontario and Eglington is one of the hottest and most anticipated condo developments in 2012! The location, design and amenities are all golden. This is a true investors gem. Pinnacle uptown condo is not released yet, however rumors have it that it is very closed to being released.

1. PSV condo – at the final spot is the PSV condo in Mississauga. This 48 story massive condo tower has investors buying multiple units. It’s one of the best priced buildings in the Square One condo area and it will sell out very soon. It’s located at the corner of burnhamthorpe and confederation in Mississauga.
